Inside the Works: How CSW Rope Is Made.
Fully automatic production lines and a testing lab that treats every coil like it is going on a bridge cable — because sometimes it is.
Three Lines, One Standard: Exact.
Wire Drawing
Steel rod is pulled through precision dies — repeatedly — until it reaches the exact diameter and tensile grade your rope requires. Diameter tolerance, surface finish and zinc adhesion are locked in here.
Strand Twisting
Computer-controlled stranders twist wires into strands, governing lay direction, pitch, strand diameter and core fit. Every parameter is logged per coil for full traceability.
Rope Closing
Strands are closed around the core on rope-making machines — from nimble 2-strand lines up to 36-strand closers for the heaviest constructions.
